The Conifer Fire Board of Directors hereby expresses its strongest possible support for, and urges the eligible electors of Elk Creek to vote in favor of the Elk Creek Board of Directors candidates Al Leo and Kathleen Noonan, and expresses its belief that their election to the Elk Creek Board of Directors is vitally important to maintain and improve the region's fire protection services and is in the best interests of the health, safety, and welfare of region residents and property owners.” (from page 2)Yesterday (4-18-25), at its monthly board meeting, the Conifer Fire Protection District unanimously approved “A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF ELK CREEK FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS CANDIDATES AL LEO AND KATHLEEN NOONAN” (Resolution No. 04.17.25B) as “Elk Creek Board of Directors candidates Al Leo and Kathleen Noonan have expressed their desire to move forward with consolidating Elk Creek with Conifer in furtherance of upholding Elk Creek's health, safety, and public welfare responsibilities and providing the best fire and emergency response services to this region's residents…” (from page 1.)
